Payment
To secure your place on this event we will need the non refundable registration fee at the point of registration. We advise that you register as soon as possible as trek places are allocated on a first come first served basis for this very popular trek. Full payment can be made at any time and if required staggered payments may also be made. The full and final payment must reach us ten weeks prior to the event.

Terms and Conditions of Booking
If you book a trip with Big World Treks and your booking is accepted by Big World Treks then a contract is deemed to exist between yourself and Big World Treks. Bookings will only be confirmed when deposits are received.
All deposits are non-refundable we recommend cancellation insurance is taken out at the time of booking.
The balance of the fee must be paid 10 weeks before the departure date unless otherwise agreed.
In the unlikely event of your booking being cancelled for any reason by Big World Treks we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Travel insurance specific to your trip including repatriation and altitude is mandatory for all clients on our adventures outside of the UK, and is advised inside the UK.
Although every effort will be made to fulfil planned itineraries, weather or other circumstances may cause them to be altered at short notice.
In the event of any damage or loss of loan or hire equipment the client will be responsible for repair or replacement at new cost
Climbing and mountaineering are hazardous activities and to take part in them involves an acceptance of risk and of responsibility for one’s own actions. Whilst Big World Treks always ensure a high professional standard of care, safety and instruction, Big World Treks or any person working for them or with them will not be held responsible for any illness, injury or death sustained during mountain activities, nor will they be liable for any uninsured losses of your property.
Big World Treks or any person working for them or with them, reserves the right to exclude any client from participation in the planned activity if it is deemed that he or she may endanger the success of the rest of the party through lack of fitness, ill-health, poor acclimatisation, anti-social behaviour or dangerous technique. No refund will be offered to those excluded.
Any client who acts in contravention to the decisions or advice of a Big World Treks leader or any person working for or with any agents of Big World Treks must accept responsibility for their own actions.
